Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Esposo’s Auto Revive (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking and using our auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be credited toward the final cost of the service.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
-
By booking, you agree to provide access to water and power at the service location.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
-
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
-
No-shows will forfeit their deposit but will not be charged the full-service amount.
-
In the event of bad weather or emergencies, we will gladly return your deposit or transfer it to a future appointment.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payments can be made:

Online via the Client Hub

In-person via our Jobber Card Reader (chip, swipe, tap, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

Checks must be made payable to Esposo’s Auto Revive (or your legal business name if your bank requires it).

Deposit checks must be submitted and cleared by our bank before your appointment is officially confirmed.

We accept mobile check images for digital deposit convenience. Clients may upload a clear image of both sides of the check via email, Jobber, or text.

Service will not be scheduled until funds have cleared. Clearance can take up to 3–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Final payment checks may be submitted on the day of service after all work is completed.

You may write a physical check at the time of service or provide a digital image for mobile deposit.

Payment must be made in full at time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to decline check payments from clients with outstanding balances or prior payment issues.

A $35 returned check fee will be added to your balance if a check is returned unpaid for any reason.
-
If a check is returned, we may require future payments to be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

Late fees may also apply if payment is not reissued within 3 calendar days of notification.

We do not share or store check images or banking information. All check-related info is used only for payment processing and protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. Service Scope and Limitations

Services include only what is described in the selected package or agreement.

Pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions.
-
Clients must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
-
Services are contingent upon access to water and electricity.
-
Lack of access may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Client Responsibilities – Water and Power Access

Clients must provide access to a working outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet at the service location.

If utilities are unavailable or inaccessible, service may not be completed, and the deposit may be forfeited.
6. Liability

We take every precaution to avoid damage but are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen incidents.

Any claims must be reported immediately upon service completion.
7. Appointment Changes
-
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergency or severe weather.
8. Privacy
-
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
