Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Esposo’s Auto Revive (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking and using our auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Deposit

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be credited toward the final cost of the service.

  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.

  • By booking, you agree to provide access to water and power at the service location.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit but will not be charged the full-service amount.

  • In the event of bad weather or emergencies, we will gladly return your deposit or transfer it to a future appointment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods via Jobber Payments:

    • Major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

    • Bank payments via ACH (U.S. only)

    • Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Offline payment methods also accepted:

    • Cash

    • Check

    • Bank transfer

    • Third-party apps: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, E-Transfer (Canada)

  • Payments can be made:

    • Online via the Client Hub

    • In-person via our Jobber Card Reader (chip, swipe, tap, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

4. Service Scope and Limitations

  • Services include only what is described in the selected package or agreement.

  • Pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions.

  • Clients must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

  • Services are contingent upon access to water and electricity.

  • Lack of access may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities – Water and Power Access

  • Clients must provide access to a working outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet at the service location.

  • If utilities are unavailable or inaccessible, service may not be completed, and the deposit may be forfeited.

6. Liability

  • We take every precaution to avoid damage but are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen incidents.

  • Any claims must be reported immediately upon service completion.

7. Appointment Changes

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergency or severe weather.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
